In Buenos Aires, Argentina, a court established that the local government must deliver computers and provide Internet to students in low-income neighborhoods.

It established the obligation of the city of Buenos Aires to deliver a laptop, notebook or tablet to each public school student who is in a situation of social vulnerability. The measure aims at helping all the students attend classes online.
