Various unemployed professionals who lost their jobs during the Covid-19 pandemic have set up a roadside market in a residential area in Kenya’s Kiambu County. Sellers at the market are selling various items such as herbal supplements and imported used goods from the trunks of their cars. They came up with the idea as a way to earn a living during the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown.
