In Cambodia, Better Factories Cambodia (BFC), a program of the International Labor Organization, launched a mobile phone hotline.
 The hotline uses an automated system that workers can call to learn about Covid-19 prevention measures. It aims to provide information to workers about preventing the spread of Covid-19.

In Japan, a U.S. military base asked Japanese employees not to send their children to local schools to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
If the Japanese employees keep sending children to schools, they’ll only be permitted to re-enter the base 14 days after their children are not going to schools anymore. Children of U.S. military personnel and U.S. employees at the base are also prohibited from going to the schools.

In Namibia inmates from Windhoek Correctional Services have manufactured 30 000 face masks.
The reusable masks were produced as part of the correctional facilities reintegration program and saw the prisoners learning new skills in order to assist the nation. The mask will be used by correctional service officers, inmates, and other government officers.

In Oman, the Muscat-based Research Council called for research proposals on Covid-19.
