In Montenegro, the government allowed deferment of tax payments during the pandemic.
The tax-relief due to the health crisis includes measures for the deferral of payments of individual income tax and social security contributions. In Japan, SoftBank CEO Masayoshi Son said he is going to bring in 300 million masks per month from China.
He has reached a deal with the Chinese electric vehicle maker BYD Co. Ltd., which is able to make masks. Starting in May, Softbank will supply masks to medical staff masks in collaboration with the Japanese Government.

In Japan, the Bank of Japan expanded monetary stimulus on April 27.

`In Hungary, NGOs call the Council of the European Union for measures, including a hearing on the situation in Hungary and monitoring its use of EU funding.
They consider that Viktor Orban’s government is using the pandemic to restrict human rights and erode the rule of law.
