In Taiwan, self-employed workers and those without specific employers can apply for $1,000 aid from the government over a three-month period.
The funding will benefit up to 1.3 million workers in Taiwan. It is one of the measures in Taiwan government’s $35 billion (1.05 trillion TWD) stimulus package.

In Singapore, self-employed workers can apply for income relief from April 27

In Norway, the government introduces a crisis package to protect freelancers and self-employed people from the economic consequences of the coronavirus outbreak.
After 17 days after loss of income, they will receive temporary protection of 80 percent of the average income a person had for the last three years. In addition, those who were temporarily laid off due to coronavirus will receive full pay for 20 days.
